#WeCoLead toolkit

The #WeCoLead toolkit empowers young women with knowledge and skills in gender equality, sustainability, and leadership through capacity-building resources for youth workers.

Within the frames of KA2 Erasmus+ project #WeCoLead – Young Women’s Leadership for Collaborative Sustainable Communities, (KA220-YOU-64CD14A2) , the project partners designed the toolkit with a clear mission to empower and uplift young women by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in today’s world.

Knowledge Transfer

The toolkit aims to facilitate the transfer of essential knowledge and information to young women on key topics such as gender equality, environmental sustainability, and youth empowerment.

Skill Development

We strive to enhance the skill set of young women, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. This includes improving their storytelling abilities, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Youth Engagement

The toolkit encourages active engagement with young women, fostering their participation in meaningful discussions and actions related to crucial societal issues.

Capacity Building

We aim to build the capacity of youth workers and partner organizations, empowering them to effectively support and mentor young women in their communities.
