FSL team at the “Positive Workplace” partners’ meeting in Kaunas
FSL attended the third PositiveWorkplace project partners' meeting in Kaunas, Lithuania (14-15 October 2025) to review an e-learning course for IT managers on burnout prevention and plan the pilot testing phase. FSL is inviting Luxembourg companies with IT teams to participate in free testing. The project is co-funded by Erasmus+.
On 14–15 October 2025, our team from Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg (FSL) took part in the third transnational partners’ meeting of the PositiveWorkplace project in Kaunas, Lithuania.
During the meeting, the partners reviewed the work done so far on the e-learning training course for IT managers. This course is being developed to help managers in the IT departments recognize early signs of burnout, create supportive work environments, and better manage hybrid and digital teams. We also discussed how to make the content practical, easy to use, and available in partner languages.
Another important part of the meeting was planning the dissemination and testing phase. The course will now be piloted with IT professionals to check if it really answers the needs of today’s labour market.
This fits very well with FSL’s ongoing work on well-being, social health, and creating safe and positive learning and working environments for youth workers, educators, and professionals in Luxembourg and beyond. Through projects like ICSWell, Be Well and Infodemics, FSL has been promoting healthier mental well-being cultures - and PositiveWorkplace continues this line of action, now focused on the IT sector.
📣 Testing in Luxembourg – companies invited!
FSL will soon start running the testing phase in Luxembourg. We invite local companies, especially those with IT teams, to join this pilot by allowing their IT managers or team leaders to take part in the course. This is a good opportunity to:
- test the training free of charge,
- contribute feedback to improve the final version,
- and support a European initiative tackling burnout in digital workplaces.
If your organisation is interested in joining the testing, get in touch with us via our usual channels or follow our social media, please write us to contact@fslux.lu.
We thank our hosting partner - Tech-Park Kaunas, and all partner organisations for the constructive work during the meeting.
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.
